I'm running a self defence clinic for people who would like to build their confidence in order to handle a difficult situation.
Using Hapkido as a self defence weapon an attacker can be quickly disarmed and disabled until help arrives.
Hapkido is a korean martial art using counter attack techniques such as wrist and arm locks, punches, kicks, and strikes aimed at disabling the attacker/s
classes wil be held twice a week at the YMCA in Invercargill at $10 a week.
