Medical Transcription Clerk!
Responsible to coordinate timely transmission of transcribed reports from transcription service. Performs quality control assessment of each document for accuracy of patient name and medical record number. Ensures that all transcribed reported are filed in a timely manner. Contacts physicians for serious reports,if necessary make arrangement for further investigation and treatment as per doctor's advice.
Skills/Qualifications: High School Diploma. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic Computer knowledge. One year previous Medical Record experience in an acute care facility preferred but not mandatory
