The Senior project manager must have experience in major construction companies (not consultancies) of at least 8 years managing major multidisciplinary projects with total value not less than, USD 100 million under his control and additional 4 years managing multiple project managers each in their turn managing projects with the above criteria and value, high possibility of growth within the organization ranks for the right candidate with the right attitude to match.
